Autie Em! LOL - wanted to say that. Well, my Scruffy Dog does look just like Toto. I wanted to tell you that I received your package in the mail and am not a proud adoptive parent of your beautiful quilt. It's even prettier than in the picture, so bright and cheery and Dr Seuss rocks! PS - love stripy fabric for the binding, what fabric is that anyway! Cool that you put Christmas on the back and made it reversable - awesome. My mom used to buy that ribbon candy for Christmas when we were little...

And my personal favorite - give a hug to someone you love, because you get a great hug right back! (If there's no one around to hug, I'll just give the dog a belly rub! Haha!)

We didn't manage a walk in the sand today, but as good, we walked in the forest which is only 3 miles from us. Millions of bright green leaves just unfurling in the sunshine! We saw deer and played in the brook and ate our picnic on a mossy bank. Then we came home and all three had a nap. Just woke up to hear Dave cooking dinner. Turbo (a bit big for a lap dog!) is sitting on me and sighing deeply...a clue that he wants HIS dinner too...better go!
Oh I'm going to read later on the front porch when I get off of work and look at spring bursting out all around me! Have a blessed weekend.
Fun, fun, fun! Love naps, love reading....sometimes one follows the other a bit too closely!
