Thank you, King Kamehameha II! It's a party, come CELEBRATE!

Don your cocunuts and grass skirt and head through these doors to some fun and HAPPY BIRTHDAY wishes!!!! The key is under the pot in the entryway if we are out buying last minute decorations and yummy POI...

It's a Luau!

In ancient Hawaii, men and woman ate their meals apart. Commoners and women of all ranks were also forbidden by the ancient Hawaiian religion to eat certain delicacies. This all changed in 1819, when King Kamehameha II abolished the traditional religious practices. A feast where the King ate with women was the symbolic act which ended the Hawaiian religious tabus, and the luau was born.

Porsche is such a good sport, I didn't warn her when she tried us out for a night the costumes and mayhem that I would ask her to participate in if she adopted us...wink wink!

Kevin is loving the pastels with his eyes and requested this bowl for his dinner to bring out the blues in his floral accents...After all, daddy Sean's toenails are this color so it must be all good and masculine...GOTTA LOVE MY BOYS!

How quickly I go from silly to a pause as I upload this photo...

my nose begins to sting and I have a moment...

14 years together and this regal Har-Dog is still willing to placate his mama's antics.  I love you, sweet dog!

Can you see the word camouflaged but singing in a falsetto....

CELEBRATE!!!!!

All quilted! and oh how much fun I had with Roxy!  Shall we name her "3's Company".... Somthing fun about likening a girlfriend retreat to the sitcom....TWIN BEDS AND ALL!

Today's Luau is in honor of my brother-in-law's brithday and a little girl has just rung the doorbell with a gift....Is this you Coco?

I am using poetic license to invite a Seussical cat and Clown to the Laua.....

No rules except...

Swing your hips, sip yummy island drinks and LET'S PARTY!
