Em, I love this little quilt! Fabulous. If I could win any book, it would be Word Play Quilts by Tonya Ricucci. I've never done this technique and think it would be so cool to add words. I've been looking for it, no luck so far. Have a great day - be safe.

I am so enjoying your block. I'm glad the 12 x 12 something from nothing made a new friend. Any book would be great. Be careful in the woods. Hugs

I've had to wean myself away from books with lots of color in them unfortunately but if I could I would have copies of Amish Abstractions and one or more of Kaffe's latest quilt books.

I loved those bird prints when I first saw them online. Look what joyful little quilts you've made with them!! I marvel at how much the busiest people seem to get done. It feels like I work so slowly and have to have so much down time. :-P Thanks for putting your love and energy out there for the rest of us to draw from.

I have been looking for the book Applique Masterpiece: Little Brown Bird Patterns. However, it is horribly expensive and hard to find.

Love your messenger pigeons - adorable!!

There are lots that I like
Just had a kindergarten moment - it's the only book that Elizabeth Hartmann has written on patchwork quilts

OR (I can't stick to one)
Material Obsession (either I or II) by Sarah Fielke in Australia

Your blocks are too cool -- as are the
Celebrate Forever stamps that we received from you "because" -- my mother loved them so she has them now to use -- one went on my nephew's birthday card.

What birds do you see out there? I have been seeing blue jays and robins and cardinals in Virginia...

You are so sweet! I and starting to look at Pennies from Heaven. Saw another blogger working in wool from this book. Just awesome.

Our cats left us a real pretty dead cardinal on the front porch the other day. I felt so bad. :-(
