Quilting feathers......New challenge for me and I discovered my Novice tip #5 tonight for fmq...
If unsure about feathers and want to jump in on a quilt...use a thread that matches the fabric so it blends in nicely and if you are happy with the result then you can trace with a contrasting thread....

Oh, I love the feathers you made...and on the sidebar, I saw your "kindness home" piece with the little lights - awesome! So much fun packed into one pieced masterpiece!! Love it!
