CELEBRATING the sneaky snazzy Mary at http://fiberliscious.blogspot.com/. She is such a tease and I love her for it..Often I believe the anticipation of an arrival of a gift is much more fun than the arrival :>).
..this morning I gasped with instant love and gratitude as I opened this pic of her block that she is sending to me for the children's quilt.
This is Mary's interp of a Second Grader's art. Miss Georgia the cat playing in an O'Keefe Poppy.....
I look forward to the unveiling when the kitty arrives to her new temp home in Southern Utah...then to Indiana later this year....What a world traveller she will be by the end of this journey!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you, Mary! And I so hope that you enjoyed the process of creating her, she is PURRRRRRRRfect!
Love, Em
ps These yummy sherbert pinks will be delicious with other blocks in the next post down :).

I agree the pinks will make the other colors pop!
Oh, can't wait to see that block. I see by your sewing machine that we have similar machines! I sew on a Janome 6500. :-)
Aha! Blocks below and these are for a children's Dear Me book??
