I have fallen in love with following a pattern....not sure how this happened but it feels safe and happy for my brain that often feels fuzzy with my night work :).......I have also fallen in love with low volume fabrics. The lack of pizazz and contrast for this quilt is purposeful. The mama who will receive this is the quintessential introvert and the soft hues mirror her beauty. This quilt is for my first "grand daughter" and is soaked with tears from a spectrum of emotions as her arrival gets closer....
