I have to do it! I have to share 2 new blogs that I am CELEBRATING with open arms! and a project in the works...

I am playing with ideas for the first block.  Dr. Seuss is so fun isn't he?  He was definitely a pioneer in the wonky!!!!

Funny how quick work goes when you take a 15 minute break :). 

I can hardly sleep at night as I am thinking up the next wonky quilt using these fabrics and will be using patterns in Dr. Seuss books for templates for the applique pieces..... I can't wait to get down and WONKY with this quilt!!!!!!!!!!!!  Anyone else up at 3:00 am this morning figuring out a quilt? or the dreaded addiction of bloghopping? 

The above illustration is from the Lorax and has fun written all over it as a springboard for wonky quilt block...HMMMMMMMMMM!

2 NEW BLOG I HAVE FOUND THAT I AM IN LOVE WITH!!!!!!

My sis wrote to me this morning that she and my mom are in love with http://cabbagequilts.blogspot.com/ and HOLY HANNAH this quilter is so fun!!!  And then from there I found  http://gloriousapplique.blogspot.com/ and things are getting more wonderful by the moment as applique is firing in my brain.
